I had a tooth fracture and I needed to find someone to extract it ASAP. I was able to get an appointment here the next morning. I was apprehensive going to someone new. I was extremely impressed. I had heard of painless dentistry but never experienced it. I never once felt any pain, not even when I got injections. Dr Metz is excellent.

I have had several dentists in my 64 years. There was only one that I liked and he retired. I started seeing Dr Metz a few years ago and he and his staff are just terrific. I am extremely happy I found them.

I am new to the area and was surprised at the lack of consideration that was made for a new patient. I guess this practice is making cash hand over fist since they do not even take the time to record a new patient (I called and booked the appointment and they neglected to take my phone number) and accommodate a simple cleaning! So I go to my evening appointment, which was booked about 3 weeks earlier, and they tell me when I walk in the door that they want to reschedule because of my insurance?! I had faxed over my insurance when I scheduled my appointment so this should not have been a problem to begin with. I just wanted my teeth cleaned, so they said I would have to pay them in advance, and then when my insurance switched them to my primary, they would then issue me a refund. Wonderful. I paid out of pocket and was then reimbursed when I called to make sure that I would get the refund since things seem a bit disorganized over there, I did want to be forgotten. The six month follow up cleaning was scheduled at the end of my appointment. When it came time for my appointment I was called the day of and told that the girl called in sick and they would reschedule me a month out from my date (making it 7 months since my last cleaning). Unfortunately, I then had a personal scheduling issue, so I called to change my appointment and she wanted to book me 2 months out! I don't know how they are even this busy. There was state of the line equipment and the staff seems nice, but the scheduling is ridiculous. I just can't imagine waiting 9 months to get my teeth cleaned. Its a shame. and on a snotty note, their waiting room looks like it was straight out of 1985....going to try a new dentist in the area. Sorry I went here in the first place.

At 64 yr. old I found an awesome dentist who is very kind and compassionate. I don't want him to think I like him. He might get a big head! He is truly a God send!
