I got Excellent service and proper treatment from Radiant smiles staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Hours are not great. Office needs an update. They always ask for you to come in early for appointments yet had me waiting almost 15 minutes as a first appointment of the day.

Patient Review

I have been a patient at Radiant Smiles for several years. I scheduled my next 6 month appointment at the end of my last visit. I scheduled it for a time that worked for me (4:30 - they close at 5:00). I was asked to come in early since there was a 20 minute gap in their schedule. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make this as 4:30 was the earliest I could get there (which is why I made the appointment for 4:30 to begin with). So, my appointment was canceled and now needs to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, they are booking out months in advance for evenings. I was offered a 1:00 time slot which would require me to take a day off of work to go to the dentist. It’s sad that the staff can’t wait the 20 minutes for a patient who booked within their time parameters and so far in advance. Patient care is not a priority. I’ll be scheduling my next dentist appointment elsewhere.

Patient Review

Don’t take your children here, they will not be treated well. Dr Gadria had my 12 year old son in tears because she was so rude. He needed a root canal and she told him repeatedly it was because he and his parents didn’t take good care of his teeth. She also let him know she didn’t believe him when he said he brushed his teeth. When I called the office the receptionist asked if we pulled aside the dentist to talk in private so she knew not to upset him. I should not have to request kindness, it should be given regardless of the situation.
